Just as you can’t learn to drive a car by just by listening to a lecture, the only way to improve your presentation skills is to get up there and do it, with a highly experienced presenter there to coach you. We limit workshops to around 12 people so that everyone has the opportunity to receive individual coaching. The course usually runs over three half-day sessions.
In the first session you learn the basic skills and give a 2-minute presentation. In the second, you learn more skills and techniques and give a prepared 5 -10 minute presentation. You will receive individual expert coaching, feedback from the other delegates and a video of your talk. In the third session you will re-present your last talk, putting the coaching you have received into effect and you will also receive a video tape of this talk. We have found, from experience, that it is in this third session that improvements become really apparent, and that time is needed between talks in order to work on the content and presentations. That is why we present this course in three half-day sessions. We recommend a gap of a week or so between each session.

Prepare Realistic Financial Forecasts
As in the case of the business plan course, this workshop will show you how to use pre-designed financial forecasting templates (designed by us in Microsoft Excel) and how to modify them to suit your business. We will look at methods of exploring different scenarios and show you how to display your results in graphical as well as numerical form.
You will need a basic understanding of Excel spreadsheets in order to benefit from this course. If you are not up to speed on Excel, don't worry, because we have a course that will provide you with this skill.
